An identity that leads by example
Transform Awards

The Transform Awards promotes the power of branding to create positive change. Established in the UK 2009, it has since grown into a global competition spanning Australia and New Zealand, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and North America. Our challenge was to create an identity that felt global yet allowed each of its five regional shows to have a distinct personality. And most importantly, it needed to live up to the calibre of work it celebrates.

Rather than treating transformation as a before-and-after moment, we saw it as a continuous act. The idea was to create an identity that was never quite the same twice – one that could change shape, colour and composition while remaining instantly recognisable.

We built the visual system around a series of fluid, mesh-like lines that stretch, compress, fold and reform. Motion wasn’t something applied to the identity afterwards. It was embedded in the idea from the beginning, allowing the graphics to move around content, transition between layouts and create new expressions across everything from social posts to large-scale event presentations. Five vibrant regional palettes brought local distinction to a consistent global system.

The result is a brand that practises what it celebrates. Consistent without being repetitive, expressive without being complicated, and capable of continually reinventing itself without losing its identity.
