We all have financial concerns for the future, but not all of us know where to start when it comes to resolving them. That’s where BT’s financial expertise comes in. Our brief was to show the benefits of BT’s products and services from a very human point-of-view.

Using honest and direct questions, our solution gave voice to the fears and uncertainty that many people have around their future. We got to the heart of what people are most worried about—then provided simple and practical solutions that demystify the issues and empower our audiences to take the next step. There were two phases of the campaign, each with a distinctive photographic style. The first voiced the financial concerns of consumer audiences, the second the business concerns of financial advisers.
